30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns We accept returns on any unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@goodlightthreads and we'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
